Business Administration & Technology Level 3

This programme is designed for people who have an interest in business administration and also business technology. We will help you increase your confidence and teach you skills and knowledge to work in a range of supervised general administration roles in a variety of positions, and provide you with general technical and administrative skills that can contribute to improving performance and productivity.

• Business administration functions, services and systems
• Customer service and techniques
• Office reception services
• Business ethics and responsibilities
• Team cooperation and achievement

QUALIFICATIONS AVAILABLE:

New Zealand Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) Level 3

LENGTH AND HOURS:

Fulltime

• 20 weeks   
• Monday to Thursday – 9.00 am to 3.30 pm, Friday – 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Flexible     

• 24 weeks   
• Includes 48 x 6-hour workshops, 4 x 1-hour learning sessions, 308 hours self-directed learning

ENTRY CRITERIA:

All students who wish to enrol must go through a selection interview process.  Participants who meet this eligibility are

able to take part in these programmes: 

• Aged 16 years and above and left school  
• Commitment to completing the qualifications
• Commitment to move to higher level education on completion of the programme 
• Have an appropriate level of literacy & numeracy skill to study at Level 3    
• Minimum of Level 2 Computing or Business Administration qualification, or can demonstrate equivalent skills
